George Goodwyn Jr. has been building quality homes in the Montgomery area for over 20 years and during that time has remained a proud member of the Montgomery Homebuilders Association. In 2002 George Goodwyn Sr., founder of Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, formed a partnership with his son.  That company is now Goodwyn Building Co. Inc.

The Goodwyn family has been an active part of the Montgomery Community for over one hundred years. Their reputations as good, honest and hard working corporate citizens were not earned overnight, rather earned through years of dedicated service to the community as a whole.
