Goodwyn Building Co. Inc.’s mission is to design, build and sell new homes which will retain and gain value for the new home owners. It is our responsibility to efficiently and purposefully combine and coordinate the efforts of skilled carpenters, laborers and subcontractors to build the highest quality home for the least amount of money and to perform our tasks in a way that is pleasing to GOD.

Our philosophy is simple, build a house that we are proud to sell to our closest family member. This has been accomplished through a determined commitment to keep overhead low and quality high. We believe in direct supervision leaving the expense of a high priced superintendent out of the cost of your home. The most critical component for our success is that our subcontractors and employees share our value oriented commitment. I grew up in Montgomery and graduated from the University of Alabama with a Civil Engineering Degree. I am a very proud father of three children. My faith is a very important part of my life and I am proud to be an active member of Frazer United Methodist Church. Recognizing that God has blessed me with the intelligence and dedication to be successful in a very difficult industry strengthens my commitment to build the highest quality home for the money.
